This notice is written for learners and families using the citizenship study website. It is not a legal contract or migration advice.
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, account details, access code, support messages, and purchase or subscription status returned by a payment provider.

Card and payment details are handled by the payment provider. AU Citizenship Study Lab does not store full card numbers on this website.

Access codes are checked by the backend service and expire according to the validity period set when they are created. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect learner access and reduce misuse.
